A Business Update from Nancy Skeans, CEO
We at SDWMA hope all of you and your families are doing well and are able to start getting back out to enjoy all of the fun and sun that summer has to offer. Yes, it is a Happy Summer for the folks in SDWMA. It is with great joy and pride that I announce to you the addition of two new partners to SDWMA, effective July 1, 2021: Jason R. Staley and David C. Brinkman. Since joining the firm, both have had a significant impact on client service, team leadership, intellectual capital development, and the overall growth of the firm.

David C. Brinkman, CFA, CPA, CFP®, CPFA has been a Senior Investment Relationship Manager with SDWMA since joining our Columbus office in 2016. David is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial PlannerTM Practitioner, and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor. David is a graduate of The Ohio State University. In addition to his work with many of you as your relationship manager, David has worked diligently since joining us to expand our presence in Columbus and to build our Columbus team. Effective July 1, David now oversees the training and development of the PFS Investment Advisor Staff. David lives in Powell, OH with his wife Holly, and their three young children, Scarlett, Olive, and Crosby.
Jason R. Staley, CFA, CAIA® joined the Pittsburgh SDWMA Personal Financial Services (PFS) practice in 2016 as Director of Research and Due Diligence. Jason is a graduate of Mercyhurst University and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. In addition to Jason’s work with many of you as a Senior Investment Relationship Manager, over the past five years, Jason has worked tirelessly with the PFS team to build out SDWMA’s Private Investment platform, as well as oversee the day-to-day work of our investment platform. I am also excited to announce that effective July 1, Jason will take the role of PFS Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Jason lives in Mt. Lebanon, PA with his wife Britt, and their two young daughters, Caroline and Claire.

P.S. Our offices in downtown Pittsburgh and Columbus are open for business at a limited capacity. We hope that we can see all of you in person over the coming months either in our offices, at your homes, or to share a meal. We will also continue to meet with you using Zoom or Microsoft Teams whenever you choose. Stay safe and healthy and enjoy the summer.

Ingredients

1/2 Cucumber
3 Green Onions
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 (8 oz.) Block Cream Cheese
Instructions - Follow the instructions below using a food processor or electric mixer.

Food Processor Instructions:
Trim away roots from base of green onion. Add green onions and cucumber to food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Do not over process or it will get watery. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and salt; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend. Serve cold on crackers or bagels. 
Electric Mixer Instructions:
Finely chop the cucumber and the green onions. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, green onions, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend. Serve cold on crackers or bagels.
