Service Disruption

Our goal is to be available to meet your needs even during an emergency. As such we have implemented a disaster recovery and emergency communications plan to update you in case of a physical interruption of services.

If you are unable to contact our offices, please check the website for any updates. We have offices in Columbus and Pittsburgh. In case of emergency, our telephone system can be routed to the alternate office. The website is hosted outside our physical location and should be available at all times.

If a disruption of communications occurs, return to this area for further information, as well as pertinent contact information. Duplicate information will also be posted in our secure vault.
